Job summary

One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead a multi-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, and Home Health. You will drive enterprise value, empower Senior/Staff/Associate PMs, and partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or business-related field, or equivalent education, training and relevant work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to identify pain points across tools and processes.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps balancing value, feasibility and impact.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Define KPIs to evaluate product success and inform future decisions.
• Partner with marketing and sales to develop launch plans and drive adoption.
• Oversee products from ideation to sunset when needed.
• Advocate for delightful, accessible user experiences and rapid prototyping feedback.
