Job summary
One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy and drive measurable enterprise value. You will own a portfolio spanning Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health and lead Senior/Staff PMs, partnering with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or business or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of product management, preferably in tech or SaaS.
- Proven track record from concept to launch with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with goals.
- Prioritize features and roadmaps balancing value and feasibility.
- Translate needs into detailed requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and sales.
- Own delivery of roadmap initiatives and manage blockers.
- Define KPIs to measure impact and ROI.
- Partner on go-to-market strategies and launches.
- Oversee lifecycle from ideation to sunset.
