Job summary

One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead a multi-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health, and more. You will own a cross‑functional roadmap, partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.

You will drive KPI-based decisions, balance customer needs with technical feasibility, and guide initiatives from ideation to launch and iteration, in a remote-friendly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or business or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in tech/SaaS.
• Experience leading cross-functional Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Prioritize features and roadmaps balancing value, feasibility, and impact.
