Job summary

One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health, and more. You will oversee a portfolio, drive automation and market expansion, and manage Senior/Staff/Associate PMs in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Commercial teams.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, user empathy, and technical fluency to deliver measurable revenue growth and efficiency gains.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM or business field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years in product management, preferably tech/SaaS.
Proven track record from concept to launch.
Experience with cross-functional Agile teams.
Familiarity with modern PM tools and practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
Identify customer needs through research and feedback across tools and processes.
Prioritize features and roadmaps with technical feasibility and business impact.
Translate needs into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support.
Own delivery of roadmap initiatives and manage blockers.
Define KPIs to measure product success and ROI.
Work with marketing to develop launch plans and drive adoption.
Lead product lifecycle from ideation to sunset when needed.
Champion user experience through UX partnerships and rapid prototyping.
