Job summary

One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy, spanning Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health, and more. You will unify these lines of business under a cohesive product vision, coordinating with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or business-related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Identify pain points through user research and data analysis; collaborate with customers to determine opportunities.
• Create and maintain roadmaps balancing customer value, feasibility, and impact; guide other PMs.
• Translate business and user needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Own delivery of roadmap initiatives, manage blockers, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Define KPIs to measure success and inform future decisions.
• Work with marketing and sales on go-to-market plans and adoption.
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to sunset.
• Advocate for user experience with research and rapid prototyping.
• Refine products based on feedback and market trends.
• Lead or partner with other PMs when scope requires.
