One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, and Home Health, unifying them into a cohesive vision for customer and operational journeys. You will influence Senior/Staff/Associate PMs, partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial functions to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM or business-related field or equivalent
10+ years of product management experience in technology/SaaS
Proven track record of managing products from concept to launch
Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices

Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy
Identify customer needs through research and data analysis
Prioritize features and maintain roadmaps
Translate needs into detailed requirements and user stories
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support
Own delivery of roadmap initiatives and communicate progress
Define KPIs to measure product success and inform decisions
Support go-to-market planning with marketing and sales
Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to sunset
Advocate for excellent user experiences and rapid prototyping
