Job summary
One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead cross-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health, and more. You will guide a portfolio with engineering, design, operations, data/analytics, and commercial teams to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.
You will drive product initiatives from ideation through launch, balancing customer needs with feasibility and time-to-impact, while leading other PMs and collaborating across the organization to
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM or business field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in tech/SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing products from concept to launch.
- Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with goals and customer needs.
- Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to identify opportunities across tools and processes.
- Prioritize features and roadmaps balancing value, feasibility and impact.
- Translate business needs into detailed requirements and user stories for engineering teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support for successful product development and launches.
- Own delivery of roadmap initiatives and manage blockers.
