One Call seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy across lines like Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, and Home Health. You will drive automation, integration and market expansion while coordinating with engineering, design and operations to deliver scalable products.

This role emphasizes strategy, user empathy, and data-driven decisions, with a focus on revenue growth, efficiency gains, and cross-functional leadership in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in STEM or business field.
• 10+ years of product management experience in tech/SaaS.
• Proven track record from concept to launch.
• Experience with cross-functional Agile teams.
• Familiarity with modern PM tools and practices.

Responsabilités

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with goals.
• Gather customer input via research and feedback across tools and experiences.
• Balance value, feasibility and business impact in roadmaps.
• Translate needs into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support.
• Own delivery of roadmap features and manage blockers.
• Define KPIs to measure impact and inform decisions.
• Partner with marketing and sales for go-to-market plans.
• Oversee lifecycle from ideation to sunset.
• Advocate for intuitive and accessible experiences via user research.
• Refine products based on feedback and market trends.
• May lead other PMs if scope requires.
