Job summary

One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives across multiple verticals, including Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, and Home Health. This remote-first role requires guiding senior PMs and partnering with engineering, design, and operations to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.

You will drive revenue growth, improve efficiency by reducing manual work, and shape a cohesive platform vision across lines of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or business, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in product management, preferably SaaS/tech.
• Proven track record delivering products from concept to launch.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and a clear roadmap aligned to goals.
• Gather customer insights and translate them into requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Own delivery, resolve blockers, and communicate progress.
• Track KPIs and measure ROI to inform decisions.
• Lead or partner with other PMs as needed.
