Job summary
One Call seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health and more. You will own a diverse portfolio, drive roadmap, collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and operations, and measure impact with KPIs to accelerate revenue and efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelors in STEM or business or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in product management, preferably tech/SaaS.
- Proven track record delivering products from concept to launch.
- Experience with cross-functional Agile teams and modern product tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
- Prioritize features and roadmaps balancing value, feasibility and impact.
- Write detailed requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support.
- Own delivery of roadmap initiatives and manage blockers.
- Define KPIs to measure product success and ROI.
- Partner on go-to-market plans to drive adoption.
- Lead lifecycle from ideation to sunset as needed.
