Job summary
One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy (e.g., Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health) and unify them under a cohesive vision. You will mentor Senior, Staff and Associate PMs, partnering with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics and Commercial teams to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.
Success is measured by accelerated revenue growth and efficiency gains from reducing manual entry across front- and back-office
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience in tech or SaaS.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Lean practices.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
- Identify customer needs through research and feedback across tools and processes.
- Prioritize features and roadmaps in collaboration with PMs.
- Write detailed requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering.
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support.
- Monitor KPIs and ROI to inform decisions.
- Lead go-to-market collaboration for launches.
