Job summary
One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy, spanning Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health, and more. You will unite these lines of business under a cohesive vision and drive automation, integration and market expansion.
You will guide Senior/Staff/Associate PMs, partner with Engineering, Design and Operations, and deliver measurable enterprise value with a strong emphasis on customer experience and data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in STEM or business; equivalent work experience considered.
- 10+ years in product management, preferably tech or SaaS.
- Proven track record from concept to launch with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Lean and modern PM tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate product vision and strategy aligned to goals.
- Prioritize roadmaps balancing value, feasibility, and impact.
- Translate needs into detailed requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support.
- Own delivery of roadmap features, manage blockers, drive launches.
- Define KPIs and monitor impact to inform decisions.
- Partner on go-to-market plans to drive adoption.
