• 8+ years of product management experience across B2B and B2C offerings
• Hands-on coding with modern, AI-assisted tools and staying hands-on with the developer experience
• Proven track record launching and scaling products with measurable business impact
• Comfortable engaging with senior technical leaders (CTOs, VPs of Engineering) at large enterprises
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Experience presenting to executives to gain buy-in

• Define the roadmap for AI-driven assessment and interview-innovation capabilities
• Prioritize features based on customer needs and business objectives; work with engineering, content, and UX to ship high-quality solutions
