Job summary

Karat is seeking a Senior Content Analytics Manager to own the health and performance of its technical interview content. You will define metrics, set quality standards, and drive continuous improvement of signals that ensure fair and reliable interview outcomes.

You will use AI to analyze, automate, and iterate on content, while identifying issues and driving corrective actions. You will design dashboards, monitor content quality, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to scale and improve

Qualifications

6+ years of analytics or strategy experience with ownership of business outcomes.
Professional experience using modern AI tools for data analysis and AI‑agent automation workflows.
Proven success leading data‑driven strategy at scale with SQL and large‑scale data analysis.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain dashboards and metrics to monitor content health and performance.
Own ongoing measurement of content quality, including score distributions and clustering.
Leverage AI solutions to scale content quality monitoring and improvement efforts.
Perform root‑cause analyses and validate solutions using data‑driven processes.
Coordinate with Content Development and Architect teams to prevent repeat issues.
Monitor business and content metrics and escalate issues when needed.
