Karat is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution for the technical assessment and interview-innovation features of our platform. You will influence product direction and work with engineering, content, design, and GTM teams to deliver impactful solutions that enhance how companies evaluate technical talent.

You will lead with user empathy, translate complex tech concepts for execs, and craft plans that scale with AI advances while maintaining credibility

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience across B2B and B2C offerings.
Genuinely passionate about technology with hands-on coding using AI-assisted tools.
Proven track record launching and scaling products with measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

Define the roadmap for the AI-driven assessment and interview-innovation capabilities.
Prioritize features based on customer needs and business objectives; collaborate with engineering, content, and UX.
Analyze assessment data to improve accuracy and design experiments to test new approaches.
Track performance metrics and develop business cases for new offerings.
