Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. seeks a Principal Technical Product Manager for Kiro, an AI-powered development environment that redefines how developers code. You will own the product vision for agentic AI, drive early-stage innovation, and shape monetization and GTM strategies with cross-functional partners.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, product, and science leaders, gaining exposure to state-of-the-art ML tech while delivering high-visibility projects with AWS leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience.
• 5+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM (go to market)

Responsibilities

• Own product vision and strategy for how agentic AI transforms the way organizations ship and run software
• Drive 0→1 innovation across new capability areas, from concept through launch
• Develop and pressure-test business models — including pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies — that make the product viable and scalable
• Work backwards from customers to define what "operational excellence" means in a world of AI agents
• Build and execute go-to-market strategies, including positioning, launch planning, and strategic partnerships
• Partner deeply with engineering to ship at the pace this market demands, with the technical depth to make the right tradeoffs
• Engage customers and partners at the executive level to shape the roadmap and build strategic relationships across the AI ecosystem
