Job summary
CharacterStrong is seeking a Product Manager to own the development, delivery, and performance of key product domains within its digital platform. You will lead discovery, definition, delivery, and cross-functional GTM efforts, collaborating with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Project Management, and other partners to guide initiatives through the full lifecycle.
You will modernize development with AI-assisted practices, accelerate delivery, improve requirements clarity, and increase product insight
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, product management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management in tech/EdTech environments.
- Experience with platform development including SIS/LMS integrations and APIs.
- Ability to translate customer insights into prioritized product features and backlog.
Responsibilities
- Own the success of assigned product domains within the CharacterStrong platform.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering to create solutions and deliver outcomes.
- Translate roadmap priorities into clear product initiatives and execution plans.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with customer value and delivery capacity.
- Conduct continuous discovery with UX and User Research.
