Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar required.
• Professional Engineering License required.
• 10+ years of I&C engineering experience.
• Experience with nuclear design projects.
• Knowledge of digital hardware and software components used in digital I&C system platforms.
• Experience in design, installation, and testing of large scale digital control and monitoring upgrades.
• Willingness to access client sites and travel ~10%.

Aufgaben

• Perform digital I&C design engineering activities (PLC, DCS, networked systems).
• Coordinate systems design activities to ensure compliance with specs, codes, and client requirements.
• Prepare Engineering Change Packages to upgrade obsolete analog-based I&C systems to modern computer-based systems.
• Perform design studies, project scopes, and engineering estimates; support budget and schedule development.
• Review OEM digital platform hardware/software documentation and conduct site walkdowns as needed.
