Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. seeks Senior/Principal I&C SMEs to join its Nuclear Services Design Group across multiple U.S. locations, including Charlotte, NC. You will lead digital I&C modernization, develop specs, perform analyses, and mentor engineers on complex nuclear projects.

Responsibilities include ECP development, testing, procurement reviews, and regulatory compliance, with 15–25% travel and US citizenship required. Some positions may be remote.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering or related field.
10+ years of I&C engineering experience in nuclear industry preferred.
Experience with digital upgrade lifecycle and testing procedures.
Travel 15-25%; US citizenship required.
Knowledge of digital I&C hardware/software components.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering on complex nuclear projects and mentor engineers.
Develop/modify documentation, ECPs, and system descriptions.
Support testing plans, calculations, and FMEA analyses.
Define specifications for procurement of computer-based I&C systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage schedules.
