L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Principal, Business Development to lead end-to-end BD activities in the Electronic Warfare division, supporting advanced EW initiatives and expanding into new markets. You will drive capture plans, manage gate conferences, develop strategic plans, and maintain relationships with customers and defense officials.

A TS clearance is required, with 30% travel and a strong ability to brief senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience; or 16 years with no degree.
• Active DoD TS clearance with current 5-year update; ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent briefing and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD activities for Advanced EW, expanding to new markets.
• Develop capture plans, manage gate conferences, and pipelines.
• Build relationships with customers and industry partners.
• Deliver briefs to customers and senior leaders.
• Manage CRM and cross-segment pursuits.
• Travel up to 30% and support IRAD alignment.
