Job summary

Cyera Ltd. is seeking a Principal Customer Success Engineer to guide enterprise clients through their data security journey, ensuring successful program delivery and value realization while working remotely.

You will act as the executive-facing leader for major engagements, own program outcomes, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and identify opportunities for account growth and strategic renewal.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise security, data, risk, or technology programs within large regulated organizations.
• Strong understanding of Data Security, DSPM, and Data Governance.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders in complex enterprise environments, preferably in financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proven track record in leading large cross-functional programs and coordinating teams toward shared outcomes.
