Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search is seeking an Executive Vice President of Business Development in the Salt Lake City area. This remote-friendly role focuses on accelerating growth in a rapidly scaling advisory firm with enterprise-level, C-suite access and industry relationships.

You will lead high-value engagements, expand networks, and drive end-to-end sales cycles across targeted markets while mentoring teams and maintaining a strong revenue pipeline.

Competenze

• 10+ years of enterprise professional services sales experience with quota achievement.
• Revenue book of $8M–$10M demonstrated.
• C-suite access to CFOs and other senior decision-makers.
• Portable network or market-access mechanism.
• Self-motivated hunter who creates new opportunities.

Mansioni

• Identify, develop, and close high-value advisory engagements with C-suite decision-makers.
• Activate networks and partnerships to create qualified new-business opportunities.
• Lead complex end-to-end sales cycles from discovery to close.
• Partner with MDs and practice leaders to tailor solutions and own the sales process.
• Build and manage a disciplined pipeline and forecast revenue accurately.
