Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search is seeking an Executive Vice President of Business Development for a remote/hybrid role based in the Houston area. You will lead strategic BD initiatives, build executive-level relationships, and close high-value advisory engagements across industries.

In this senior role, you will leverage C-suite networks, manage a disciplined pipeline, and collaborate with MDs and practice leaders to scale revenue and market presence for a rapidly growing advisory platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consultative professional services or complex B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of generating $8–$10M in revenue.
• Ability to operate credibly at the C-suite with access to CFOs and senior executives.
• Portable network or market-access mechanism for deal origination.
• Self-motivated hunter who can independently create opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close high-value advisory engagements with C-suite leaders.
• Activate and expand networks to create qualified new-business opportunities.
• Lead complex consultative sales cycles end-to-end from discovery to close.
• Collaborate with Managing Directors and experts to tailor solutions.
• Build and manage a disciplined pipeline and forecast revenue accurately.
