Kin Insurance is seeking a Pricing & Risk Analyst to identify profitable growth opportunities by state and segment. You will work with state managers to translate policy, quote, and claims data into actionable recommendations.

The role emphasizes learning pricing metrics, segmentation, and risk analysis while using Databricks Genie, Claude Code, and MCP-enabled workflows. Remote-first with opportunities across states.

Competenze

• Foundational SQL skills and Excel or similar tools.
• Experience analyzing data to identify patterns and explain findings.
• Ability to explain findings in plain language and stay curious.
• Hands-on experience using AI for analytical tasks; willingness to use Claude Code, Databricks Genie, and MCP-enabled workflows.
• Internships, coursework, and projects count toward experience.

• Own recurring state performance reporting on quote volume and conversion.
