This entry-level role favors curiosity and detail-orientation. You will learn insurance metrics, pricing, segmentation, and state performance while using Databricks Genie and Claude Code to automate recurring analyses.

Qualifications

• Foundational SQL skills and Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
• Experience analyzing data to identify patterns and explain findings.
• Experience using AI for analytics or coding tasks; familiarity with Claude Code, Databricks Genie, and MCP workflows.
• Ability to explain findings in plain language and manage assignments with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring state performance reporting on quote volume, conversion, new business, premium, retention, and loss experience.
• Analyze performance across geography, risk, coverage, and distribution to surface growth opportunities.
• Evaluate how rate changes, underwriting rules, and shifts in business mix affect growth and profitability.
• Deliver clear charts and concise summaries for Pricing and Risk and partner teams.
