Job summary

M3USA seeks an Account Manager, Pricing and Feasibility to assess feasibility and pricing for online studies, ensuring projects are sustainable, compliant and profitable for clients and the business.

The role requires 5+ years in market research with strong pricing acumen, advanced MS Office skills, and excellent communication. Remote-friendly with national scope in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Market Research, Account Management or pricing.
• Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business or related field.
• Adept at using MS Office (including Excel) and web-based tools.
• Highly organized, analytical and detail-oriented with accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and pricing for online market research studies for clients.
• Assess and propose study feasibility across global panels using proprietary applications.
• Consult with clients on the recommended project approach, including attributes, quotas and sample composition.
• Partner with third-party vendors to determine pricing for project requirements.
• Collaborate with Account Lead, Operations, Panel Management, and Finance to support account strategy and profitability.
• Support Operations to ensure successful project delivery.
