Job summary

Monique Burr Foundation for Children (MBF) seeks a resourceful Prevention Education Manager to support and grow MBF's national facilitator network. This role combines training design, delivery, and ongoing support for MBF's curricula across classrooms nationwide, emphasizing fidelity and impact.

Reporting to the CEO, you will onboard new facilitators, develop an annual training plan, and become the in-house expert on the Child Safety Matters+ curriculum for diverse education settings, including

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering adult training to large groups (50–100+).
• Ability to build credibility with new trainee cohorts and sustain relationships.
• Comfort with a heavier fall travel season and flexible scheduling.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Zoom; Salesforce or similar CRM a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and improve MBF's facilitator training program from onboarding to ongoing skill-building.
• Co-design and maintain an annual training plan and calendar for new and returning facilitators.
• Deliver virtual, in-person, and asynchronous trainings to diverse cohorts with high satisfaction targets.
• Provide customer support for online training completions and course questions.
• Travel to in-person trainings and conferences as needed.
