Job summary

Preferred Behavioral Health Group seeks a Prevention Consultant Supervisor to lead the NJ4S Compass program in Monmouth County. You will supervise consultants, coordinate trainings, and build partnerships with schools and community partners.

The role emphasizes data-driven supervision, program evaluation, and fidelity to evidence-based prevention curricula. Strong organizational skills and collaboration with stakeholders are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field (Counseling, Administration, Social Work, Psychology, Education).
• Three years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Spanish language a plus (verbal/written).
• Valid NJ driver's license, safe driving record and vehicle available per DCF.
• Fingerprinting per DCF/DOE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Prevention Consultants, manage daily activities, workload, and performance.
• Assist in program data collection, reporting, QA, and evaluation of services.
• Facilitate trainings, workshops, webinars, and assemblies for HUB schools.
• Attend events/meetings as needed for NJ4S prevention and community services.
• Plan and implement programs to schools and communities.
• Establish alliances with boards, law enforcement, healthcare providers, and community centers.
• Serve as a customer service role model with program participants.
• Implement evidence-based prevention services with fidelity.
• Coordinate with collaborators on best practices for NJ4S HUB participants.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
