Job summary

Center for Family Services in New Jersey is seeking a Prevention Consultant to support training, coaching, and community-based prevention programs. The role involves collaborating with school districts and service providers, delivering workshops and webinars, and contributing to quality improvement.

Responsibilities include data collection and reporting, developing tier 1 and 2 presentations, participating in community events, and coordinating hybrid/remote workdays; candidates must be able to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field.
• Minimum three years in non-profit, social service environments.
• Experience with evidence-based practice models.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license and vehicle with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants, school districts, and community providers to facilitate training, workshops, webinars, assemblies, etc.
• Ability to work a rotating 1st and 3rd monthly Saturday schedule.
• Travel between all three counties the Hub services.
• Assist in programmatic data collection, reporting, and QA processes.
• Review Evidence Based Practice material to create tier 1 and tier 2 presentations and workshops.
• Create live groups and webinars for tier 1 services.
• Participate in assembly style and community events.
