Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Labor Compliance Specialist for a fully remote role. You will support projects requiring prevailing wage and related labor requirements, ensuring compliant certified payroll and audits across the organization.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in public works labor compliance or project labor agreements, plus a business degree. You will work with multiple teams and report to the Director of Compliance in a dynamic energy construction environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience working with Public Works Labor Compliance Programs and/or Project Labor Agreements.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• Experience with prevailing wage enforcement, analysis, and auditing skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment practices in the construction industry and state labor regulations.
• Experience coordinating with internal and external departments.
• Ability to work independently, strategically, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor certified payroll for internal self-perform projects and subcontractors.
• Oversee labor compliance company-wide.
• Review public contracts for labor requirements and coordinate with teams to monitor and report.
• Perform periodic audits to ensure compliance.
• Develop risk assessments for Compliance Programs.
• Stay current on applicable labor laws and regulations.
