Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience with Public Works Labor Compliance Programs and/or Project Labor Agreements.
• Bachelor of Arts/Science Degree in business or related field is required.
• Experience with prevailing wage enforcement, analysis, and auditing skills.
• Knowledge of employment practices in the construction industry and state labor regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor certified payroll for internal self-perform projects and subcontractors.
• Review public contracts for labor requirements and coordinate with project teams to monitor and report compliance.
• Perform periodic audits to ensure adherence to labor compliance standards.
• Develop risk assessments for the Compliance Programs and monitor applicable laws and regulations.
• Participate in government reviews, audits, and inquiries with the Director of Compliance.
