Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Labor Compliance Specialist for a temporary assignment. This fully remote role focuses on prevailing wage, labor requirements, audits, and compliance monitoring across projects nationwide.

Minimum of three years experience working with Public Works Labor Compliance Programs and/or Project Labor Agreements.
Bachelor of Arts/Science Degree from a recognized college or university in business or related degree is required.
Must have experience with prevailing wage enforcement, analysis, and auditing skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of employment practices in the construction industry and a strong working knowledge of state labor regulations.

Responsibilities

Monitor certified payroll for internal projects and subcontractors.
Review public contracts for labor requirements and ensure monitoring and reporting
Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance and develop risk assessments.
Provide labor compliance training to stakeholders and contractors
Work with compliance software to review payroll documents and respond to information requests
