Job summary

SOLV Energy is a leading provider of infrastructure services to the power industry, designing, building and maintaining utility scale solar, battery storage and high voltage substation projects nationwide. The Labor Compliance Specialist will provide compliance support for prevailing wage and related labor requirements on projects.

This position is a temporary assignment with terms agreed upon selection and is fully remote.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years experience with Public Works Labor Compliance Programs and/or Project Labor Agreements.
Bachelor of Arts/Science Degree from a recognized college or university in business or related field is required.
Must have experience with prevailing wage enforcement, analysis, and auditing skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of employment practices in the construction industry and a strong working knowledge of state labor regulations.

Responsibilities

Monitor certified payroll for internal projects and subcontractors.
Oversee labor compliance company-wide.
Review public contracts for labor requirements and coordinate with project teams to monitor and report compliance.
Perform periodic audits to ensure compliance.
Develop risk assessments for Compliance Programs.
Stay updated on applicable laws and regulations affecting SOLV Energy policies.
Support third-party reviews, audits, and inquiries with Director of Compliance.
