This remote role sits in the Central region of the US for business needs and SHI management. The role requires strong identity governance knowledge (IAM, PAM, IGA, SSO, MFA, CIAM, CLM, PKI), excellent presentation skills, and the ability to educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling.

Qualifications

• Experience in identity management and security solutions.
• Deep technical identity governance knowledge: IAM, PAM, IGA, SSO, MFA, CIAM, CLM, PKI controls.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; can demo identity security solutions.
• Strong documentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, HITRUST, CIS.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, GIAC, SSCP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, CPT, CWSP, CCNP Security, CCIE Security or related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to evaluate customers' cybersecurity technologies and needs.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and key technologies through trainings.
• Develop collateral and use cases in the SHI lab to support engagements.
• Stay current on trends and market landscape to guide security services offerings.
• Engage with CIO/CSO/CISO and security engineers to strengthen customer relationships.
