Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Presales Solutions Architect - Enterprise Networking to join a leader in the Technical Services space. This remote, US-based role invites you to guide customers through networking architectures and business value during the sales cycle.

You will design demos, lead discovery sessions, and collaborate with internal teams to develop collateral and guidance that strengthen customer confidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years in network engineering or enterprise network architecture roles.
• Demonstrated experience in presales or solutions architecture within networking.
• Strong proficiency in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-oriented language.
• Experience presenting to customers or industry groups on networking topics.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver product demos and technical presentations on enterprise networking solutions.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to assess clients' network infrastructure maturity.
• Translate complex networking concepts into business-relevant value propositions.
• Design target-state enterprise network architectures covering various networking domains.
• Develop and maintain internal practice collateral and competitive analyses.
• Evaluate new vendor technologies and make recommendations on partner adoption.
• Conduct internal enablement sessions on emerging network technologies.
