Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Architect – Security Operations to join our remote team. You will be SHI’s SME on SOC design, SIEM/SOAR architectures, EDR/XDR strategy, and incident response frameworks, delivering compelling demos and reference architectures.

You’ll balance presales client engagements with internal practice development, creating collateral, evaluating vendors, and training field teams on emerging threats and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, cybersecurity, IT, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in security operations, SOC architecture, or security engineering.
• Hands-on design/implementation of SIEM/SOAR/EDR/XDR.
• Experience in presales, solution architecture or technical consulting.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver demos, POCs, and technical presentations on enterprise SOC solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions to assess clients’ security operations maturity.
• Translate SecOps concepts into business value for technical and executive audiences.
• Design and present target-state SOC architectures with log ingestion and response workflows.
• Develop internal collateral, battle cards, and vendor evaluation frameworks.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying new security operations opportunities.
