Job summary

SHI International is seeking a Presales Solutions Architect for Security Operations. You will lead demonstrations, design SOC architectures, and guide clients from discovery to deployment, while enabling internal teams with collateral and best practices.

This role blends presales engagements with practice development, including vendor evaluation, reference architectures, and security automation strategies to drive revenue and strengthen client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in security operations, SOC architecture, or security engineering with hands-on SIEM/SOAR/EDR/XDR design.
• Presales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting within cybersecurity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver product demonstrations, POCs, and technical presentations for enterprise SOC solutions (SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR).
• Lead technical discovery sessions to assess clients' security operations maturity.
• Translate SecOps concepts into business value for technical and executive audiences.
• Design target-state SOC architectures and integrate with CNAPP, IAM, and zero trust.
• Develop internal collateral, vendor evaluations, and enablement content.
