Qualifications

Proven experience designing and architecting cloud-native platforms across on-premises, hybrid, or multi-cloud environments.
Deep understanding of DevOps and platform engineering practices with Day2 operations.
Extensive knowledge of hybrid cloud, cloud-native OEMs, and third-party technologies.
Strong knowledge of reference architectures, integrations, and compliance requirements.
Experience with observability concepts, OpenTelemetry, and AIOps.

Responsibilities

Lead presales engagements and own the technical strategy through the sales cycle.
Design and sell platform and hybrid cloud solutions across on-premises and cloud.
Educate sales teams on container, automation, and hybrid cloud selling.
Develop collateral, workshops, and material to support engagements.
Stay current on new technology trends and industry landscape.
Develop cases in SHI lab to support sales engagements.
