Job summary
SHI International Corp. seeks a Presales Solutions Architect – Platforms to drive customer engagements and architect cloud-native platform solutions. This remote role may require occasional Austin, TX office visits to align with business needs.
You will lead platform and hybrid cloud initiatives, partnering with client teams to achieve business outcomes. The role demands deep Kubernetes/OpenShift expertise, strong DevOps experience, and the ability to translate complex tech into winning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- 5+ years in a technical role with cloud/DevOps exposure.
- 3+ years in a presales Solutions Architect role is preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for client meetings.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer technical conversations and presales engagements.
- Own the technical strategy, execution, and opportunity through sales cycles.
- Design and sell platform and hybrid cloud solutions across on-prem and cloud.
- Educate sales teams on container, automation, platform architecture, and hybrid cloud selling.
- Develop collateral, workshops, and cases to support engagements.
- Stay current on market trends and cloud-native technologies.
