Job summary

SHI International Corp. is hiring a Manager of Presales Engineering to lead a team of Engineers, Architects, and Specialists focused on delivering the right technical solutions to meet customer needs.

This remote role includes coaching, training, and developing Solutions Engineers while actively participating in customer meetings to move deals forward. Home office setup will be determined by SHI management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a Pre-Sales Technical role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Data Center, Cloud, Collaboration, Security, and Network sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Solutions Engineers and Specialists.
• Engage with CIO/CTO and IT leaders to sell and build relationships.
• Collaborate with sales to articulate the technical value of solutions.
• Train sales teams on solution positioning and enterprise needs.
