Job summary

CEI America is seeking a Presales Cloud Architect to bridge client needs and cloud design, delivering AI-enabled, scalable cloud foundations. You will engage with executives and engineers, shaping hybrid/multi-cloud solutions and guiding proposals from discovery to delivery.

This role emphasizes hands-on architecture, credible technical leadership, and partnership with sales to win deals and ensure successful hand-offs to delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cloud or infrastructure architecture with client-facing presales experience.
• Hands-on architect experience designing and implementing cloud environments.
• Deep expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP) and working knowledge of others.
• Active cloud architecture certification (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience positioning GenAI/AI solutions on cloud platforms (Bedrock, OpenAI, Vertex AI).
• Experience with IaC tools: Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Consulting/Systems integrator or MSP background.
• Proven track record in full sales cycle: discovery, demos, proposals, SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops with clients.
• Design hybrid/multi-cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Architect GenAI/AI solutions on cloud platforms with measurable outcomes.
• Whiteboard solutions, demos, and proofs of concept.
• Own RFI/RFP responses, solution proposals, and SOWs with estimates.
• Present solutions to technical teams and C-level stakeholders.
• Shape migration, modernization, and landing zone strategies with security in mind.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and partners to win deals.
