Job summary

QuickPrepAI seeks a seasoned Technical Architect/Pre-Sales Advisor to bridge US clients with offshore delivery teams. You will scope solutions, design architectures, and provide executive-level confidence on project success.

You’ll lead technical discovery, draft architecture diagrams, and guide build-vs-buy decisions while shaping estimates with business development. Expect hands-on prototyping and ongoing stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in architecture or technical pre-sales.
• Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and modern web architectures.
• Strong client-facing communication — whiteboarding, workshops, and executive summaries.
• Working knowledge of LLM-based systems and their production trade-offs.
• US work authorization; Central time zone overlap.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with US clients and translate needs into solution architectures.
• Produce architecture diagrams, data flows, and technical sections of proposals.
• Make build-vs-buy and platform recommendations clients can trust.
• Partner with business development to shape estimates and win technical credibility.
• Advise clients on pragmatic AI adoption and run workshops with executives.
• Guide delivery teams through kickoff and key technical decisions; prototype where needed.
