Ryan Specialty is seeking an Premium Accounting Manager to lead a premium accounting function across geographies, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant operations. You will oversee supervisors and senior ICs, own vendor governance for BPO delivery, and drive process improvements with analytics and AI tools.

Experience in premium accounting, strong controls, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; equivalent experience considered.
• Relevant professional certifications (CPA, MBA, or insurance designations) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage a premium accounting function with focus on service levels, quality, controls, and risk.
• Lead, develop, and manage performance for supervisors and senior ICs.
• Own vendor governance for managed-service (BPO) delivery and continuous improvement.
• Ensure robust internal controls and regulatory compliance across the function.
• Set and monitor metrics/SLAs; drive corrective action and process improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on initiatives in Cash, AR, AP, and Operations.
• Contribute to budgeting, resource planning, and capacity management.
• Lead standardization, automation, and transformation projects; leverage AI tools.
