Job summary
Precisely is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for Premium Support Operations to lead strategy, governance, and scaling of Advanced, Enterprise, and Extended Support offerings. You will partner with Customer Success, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support to ensure customer value and growth across global teams.
You will drive AI/GenAI adoption, improve cost-to-serve, and orchestrate regional enablement while ensuring executive visibility into performance and risks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of program management experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Experience leading customer-facing or premium support programs.
- Knowledge of enterprise support models and customer lifecycle practices.
- Experience partnering with Sales, Product, and Support organizations.
Responsibilities
- Define strategy and lifecycle for Advanced, Enterprise, and Extended Support programs.
- Governance models, success metrics, and reporting rhythms for program performance.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Success, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support.
- Accelerate AI/GenAI adoption, automation, and self-service capabilities.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to drive value messaging and upsell motions.
- Serve as escalation point for premium support issues and drive customer satisfaction.
