Job summary

Ryan, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager of Quality Assurance to lead engagement reviews, assess governance, and deliver recommendations to improve the client journey while minimising risk. Partner with leadership to ensure consistent standards and drive the Ryan brand promise.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with 6–8 years of tax services experience and supervisory experience. Strong MS Office and analytics skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance and 6–8 years of tax services experience
• Three years of supervisory experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct engagement reviews using firm governance and QA procedures to evaluate client journey touchpoints
• Evaluate client service issues and provide recommendations to ensure clear and consistent standards across engagements
• Report findings and actionable recommendations to the Leadership team and key stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with leadership and team members as a trusted advisor
• Collaborate with practices to recommend enhancements that drive a consistent client experience and reinforce the Ryan brand
• Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet client needs in a timely manner
