Qualifications

• BA or BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3 years of group insurance experience servicing accounts or account management
• Strong customer service acumen and ability to influence brokers/clients
• Demonstrated success in dealing with brokers/consultants and sophisticated clients
• Ability to analyze data to influence renewal decisions and tailor solutions
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) and data tools (Concur, Tableau, Salesforce)

Responsibilities

• Manage planholder/client accounts for Premier brokers (2-999 lives) to meet satisfaction, persistency, growth and profitability goals
• Build strong client and broker relationships through in-market presence
• Collaborate with sales reps to align account strategy and gain buy-in
• Strategically manage client lifecycle to develop optimal benefit solutions
• Balance client needs with business goals
• Aim for yearly financial growth and persistency targets
