The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America is seeking a Client Manager Associate for the Select Market to support Sales Representatives in renewals and identify Add Issue opportunities. Based in Plano, TX with a hybrid work arrangement, you will collaborate with producers and assistants, prepare quotes, explain renewal rates, and deliver materials.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of industry experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide renewal rate relief for the Select Market through negotiations with underwriting and option proposals.
• Identify Add Issue opportunities for small market by generating reports with Sales Representatives.
• Follow up with producers and assistants regarding Renewal/Add Issue status to help close sales.
• Review Experience Reports with Sales Representatives; deliver reports with authorization.
• Explain renewal rates, options, and add issue quotes to the Producer/Assistant.
• Deliver renewals to the Producer/Assistant/Planholder via email or mail.
