• Communicate renewals, add-issue quotes and plan options clearly to clients.
• Review reports with Sales Representatives and generate quotes for small groups.
• Identify add-issue opportunities using Salesforce and related tools.
• Support renewal processes and negotiate rate relief with underwriting as needed.
