Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead estimating and preconstruction activities for large-volume commercial projects, based in Fenton, MO or fully remote. You will manage budgets, value engineering, schedules, and subcontractor prequalification, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate estimates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, building construction or related field.
• 3–5 years electrical construction estimating, code knowledge, and preconstruction experience on large commercial projects.
• 1–2 years of hands-on project management experience preferred.
• Experience with computerized estimating systems and software; strong knowledge of electrical code.

Responsibilities

• Manage preconstruction activities for large volume commercial projects including budgets, value engineering, schedules and procurement plans.
• Lead estimating teams; supervise bid package scopes and subcontractor evaluations; ensure quality and accuracy of estimates.
• Direct design development cost tracking, RFPs, and integration with project team goals.
• Develop and maintain Accubid software and related estimating records; communicate risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Build relationships with general contractors, owners and engineers to drive value and align with company goals.
