AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager for construction leadership.

This fully remote position supports large-scale projects and modular construction, overseeing estimating, procurement, bid management, and buyouts for commercial, multifamily, student housing, and mixed-use developments. The role emphasizes guiding an estimating team, coordinating with design and operations, and ensuring accurate project pricing across multiple concurrent jobs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction estimating or preconstruction experience.
• Experience with commercial or multifamily general contractors in senior estimator or preconstruction leadership roles.
• Experience supporting projects valued at ~$20M or greater.
• Background in commercial construction, multifamily housing, or large-scale developments.
• Experience leading subcontractor bidding, bid leveling, scope review, procurement, and buyout.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating and preconstruction activities across multiple projects valued at ~ $20M+.
• Develop subcontractor bid packages, manage solicitations, evaluate proposals, and coordinate buyout.
• Prepare and review conceptual and detailed estimates, budgets, and project pricing.
• Evaluate scope coverage, identify gaps, and review exclusions and pricing discrepancies.
• Lead and mentor estimating team members and coordinate deliverables.
